This also marks Saigontourist's year-end cruise, having continuously welcomed over 180 international cruise ships to Vietnam in 2014, bringing more than 220,000 tourists of various nationalities such as Europe (Italy, France, England, Portugal...), Asia (Taiwan, China, Japan, South Korea, Singapore), the US, Australia… to participate in sightseeing programs and explore the culture, history, and cuisine at most of Vietnam's famous tourist destinations.
After docking at Hon Gai port at 7:00 AM on December 24th in Ha Long, passengers of the Celebrity Millennium cruise ship will visit famous landmarks in Ha Long Bay – a UNESCO World Heritage site, with a highlight being the fishing village – the filming location of the world-famous film *Indochine*; visit the Hon Gai seafood market; and visit the Yen Tu historical site complex. In Hanoi, visitors will tour the One Pillar Pagoda, the Temple of Literature, Hoa Lo Prison, take an electric tram ride around the Old Quarter, shop in traditional craft streets, and enjoy water puppetry... In Hai Phong, visitors will visit Du Hang Pagoda and Hang Kenh communal house; explore Thuy Nguyen village, learn about the lives of local people with their traditional tofu making and rice wine brewing crafts, and stroll around the village enjoying the beautiful rice fields... The ship will depart from Ha Long at 1:00 PM on December 25th, continuing its voyage to Hue.
Celebrity Millennium will dock at Chan May Port - Hue at 7:00 AM on December 26th. Visitors will tour Thien Mu Pagoda, the Imperial Citadel, and enjoy Hue royal court music; visit My Son Sanctuary - a UNESCO World Heritage site; explore Hoi An Ancient Town, Tra Que Vegetable Village, cycle to learn about local life and participate in a cooking class; in Da Nang, visitors will visit Linh Ung Pagoda, explore Non Nuoc - Marble Mountains, My Khe Beach... The ship will depart Chan May Port at 6:00 PM on December 26th, continuing its journey to Vung Tau.
After docking at Tan Cang Cai Mep Port, Ba Ria - Vung Tau at 7:00 AM on December 28th, passengers of the Celebrity Millennium cruise ship will tour Vung Tau city; in Ba Ria, the group will experience the daily life of the local people with opportunities to learn about traditional crafts such as making rice paper, brewing rượu (rice wine), visiting old houses...; visiting major attractions in Ho Chi Minh City such as Notre Dame Cathedral, the City Post Office, Thien Hau Pagoda, shopping at Ben Thanh Market, exploring the Cu Chi Tunnels...; traveling to My Tho to visit fruit orchards, eat fruit, drink honey tea, listen to traditional folk music... The Celebrity Millennium cruise ship will conclude its sightseeing programs in Vietnam and depart from Tan Cang Cai Mep Port at 8:00 PM on December 28th.
