Green Lake Da Nang is planned on an area of ​​13 hectares; however, only over 4 hectares are allocated for townhouses and villas, 3 hectares are planned for an ecological lake running along the project, and the remaining area is planned for internal roads and green parks. Located right in the administrative center of Cam Le district, and at the vital North-South transportation hub, the project offers a clean and modern living environment.

Currently, the project has completed over 90% of its infrastructure and is ready to hand over land plots to customers in the second quarter of 2014.
