What's so special about the retreat program led by a master from India?
Taking place from June 20-23, this four-day retreat is designed and led by Dorella Sign, a yoga master from the global brand Six Senses. Having spent years studying, researching, practicing, and teaching various schools and philosophies of yoga, the Indian master Dorella shares her profound insights with participants through this retreat.
The first two days of the retreat are dedicated entirely to meditation, yoga, and mindfulness practices to care for and release the therapist's emotions, shaping energy and potential from within. The following days consist of bell meditation, forest bath therapy, and breathing exercises, guided by wellness specialist Anna Phan. The experiences are scientifically structured to support the restoration of body-mind-spirit balance and maintain peace for the journey ahead.
Six Senses Ninh Van Bay is launching its first wellness retreat program featuring in-depth experiences in yoga, meditation, mindfulness rituals, and 'green and healthy' cuisine.
The 4-day program is designed and led by Dorelal Sign, the Yoga master of the global brand Six Senses.
Continue to promote the culture of "eating clean and drinking healthy."
Cuisine is an indispensable catalyst in the journey towards holistic health. On the first day, participants were welcomed with a dinner at The Farmhouse restaurant, where Chef Timothy Goddard captivated diners with a green culinary experience, using seasonal ingredients from the local area to deliver the most authentic "farm-to-table" experience.
The drinking water at Six Senses Ninh Van Bay is also completely natural, produced and bottled by the resort itself to ensure purity and minimize plastic. Breakfast and lunch options are always nutritious, with 50% of the menu consisting of light and healthy vegan dishes.
The Farmhouse restaurant serves vegan cuisine on a 'farm-to-table' model, using 100% ingredients grown at the resort and in the local area.
The natural energy envelops the resort space.
Built in an isolated location in Ninh Van Bay, accessible only by speedboat, the resort is surrounded on all sides by majestic mountains and the deep blue ocean. Due to its unique topography, it is an ideal space for relaxation and physical and mental rejuvenation.
The Beach Pool Villa is situated right on the beachfront, surrounded by lush greenery.
The villas at the resort are carved into the cliffside, preserving the pristine beauty of nature and offering stunning views of the azure bay. Upon arrival, guests immediately feel the peace and vibrant energy of nature thanks to the skillful arrangement of green spaces, designed entirely from wood and eco-friendly materials. Guests can choose between the Beachfront Pool Villa or the Hilltop Pool Villa, each offering a tranquil and secluded haven for relaxation and rejuvenation.
During their stay at the resort, guests are free to participate in signature activities such as stand-up paddleboarding, kayaking, hiking, and mountain climbing, while enjoying the beauty of Ninh Van Bay. Participating in this program, each guest will receive a $100 voucher to use at Six Senses Spa, where guests can enjoy traditional treatments.
Renowned for its wellness programs designed by global health experts, Six Senses Ninh Van Bay is introducing its first wellness resort experience.
This wellness program provides participants with a more holistic approach to health, with a structured schedule designed to gradually acclimate and open their bodies to restorative therapies, rejuvenating energy and inspiring healthy lifestyles. Through practical exercises and methods, guests will discover renewed vitality from within, improving self-confidence and the body's ability to heal itself.
