On December 5, 2019, the People's Committee of Quang Binh province agreed to grant a license to Chua Me Dat One Member Co., Ltd. (Oxalis Adventure Tours) to exploit the tourism product "Conquering Son Doong - the world's largest cave" until the end of 2030. Previously, the People's Committee of the province only granted a license to exploit tourism annually. This is the first time Son Doong cave has been granted a license for such a long period of time.

In addition, the Provincial People's Committee also allows Chua Me Dat Company to continue to be the sole unit to exploit the tourism product "Discovering the nature of Rao Thuong - Hang En" until the end of 2030 according to the content of the Joint Contract with the Management Board of Phong Nha - Ke Bang National Park, which has been implemented from 2015 to present.

Along with that license, the Provincial People's Committee requires Chua Me Dat Company to carry out exploitation in accordance with the approved contents: deploy a plan to sell tourism products to tourists to ensure economic efficiency and absolute safety for tourists; promote advertising and introduction of tourism products; actively coordinate with the Department of Tourism to promote and advertise Quang Binh tourism in key domestic and international markets.

Chua Me Dat Company was established in June 2011, headquartered in Phong Nha - Ke Bang National Park. According to Chua Me Dat's introduction, the Son Doong expedition tour lasts 4 days and 3 nights, and is rated as level 6, the most difficult level.
Son Doong Tour only operates from January to August and there are only 13-15 trips/month. Each tour has a maximum of 10 guests aged 18 and over and costs about 70 million VND/person. The journey includes 25 km of jungle trekking, 7 km of cave exploration, 400 m of climbing and 90 m of climbing stalactite walls.
Mr. Nguyen Chau A, General Director of Chua Me Dat Company, said that being licensed to exploit tourism for 10 years will help the company have time to plan to sell tours to domestic and international tourists, and at the same time seek opportunities to promote tourism for Quang Binh province.
