The ASIA Food & Beverage Summit - The most anticipated event in the F&B industry - is back!

The ASIA Food & Beverage Summit is a summit initiated and organized by the Restaurant Association of Vietnam (RAV), along with strategic partners within the Sustainable Business Development Ecosystem for the Restaurant and Culinary Industry. AFBS's mission is to guide and promote the development of the entire restaurant and culinary industry, while contributing to making Vietnam the kitchen of the world.

Given the severe impact of Covid-19 on restaurant and food service businesses, the ASIA Food & Beverage Summit 2021 will be held in a hybrid format (online combined with offline) and will focus on Operational Excellence throughout the event. AFBS 2021 aims to help businesses develop a robust business ecosystem; apply excellent operational solutions oriented towards sustainable development; strongly recover post-Covid-19; and drive development to new heights.

The ASIA Food & Beverage Summit 2021 promises to be the largest event in the F&B industry, bringing together more than 30 leading industry experts along with 700 reputable investors, businesses, and organizations from Vietnam and internationally.

In addition, the FoodTreX Vietnam (Food Travel Excellence) event will be co-organized with AFBS 2021, in partnership with the World Food Travel Association – the largest event of the World Food Travel Association held in various countries, aiming to develop professional and sustainable culinary tourism activities in these countries. With the cooperation of AFBS and FoodTreX, the organizers expect the event to promote communication and advertising about the Vietnamese restaurant and culinary business ecosystem, and Vietnamese culinary tourism on the global network of the World Food Travel Association (WFTA), attracting tourists interested in experiencing Vietnamese culinary tourism in the post-Covid-19 period.
