In 2024, Da Nang's tourism industry continued its strong growth, with the number of visitors served by accommodation establishments estimated at nearly 10.9 million, an increase of 32.8% compared to 2023 and 135% compared to 2019. The number of tourists arriving in Da Nang by rail continued to increase sharply, reaching approximately 643,108 visitors, a 43.5% increase compared to 2023.
With a travel time of approximately 3 hours, the train will take tourists through Hai Van Pass – known as the "most magnificent pass in the world" – to Da Nang, a city with a long coastline renowned as one of the six most beautiful beaches on the planet.
Da Nang's tourism industry continues to develop stimulus packages and incentive programs for tourists traveling to Da Nang by train; enhancing the visitor experience, improving services on all train routes, and creating diverse transportation options for tourists to choose from.
