28/02/2017

You will join the most unique exploration tour within 4 days 3 nights: go through the world's largest cave - Hang Son Doong by conquering the Great Wall of Vietnam. The trip takes you deep into Phong Nha - Ke Bang National Park to explore the mysterious hidden things of nature.

There are more than 25 support staff, safety experts and guides who will take you deep into the wild mountains and forests, starting the journey to conquer Son Doong Cave. You will have the opportunity to fully explore Son Doong Cave, En Cave and visit the ethnic minority village - Ban Doong.

Trekking deep into the world’s largest cave is an adventure unlike any other you’ve ever experienced. Have you ever imagined a cave that could hold a Boeing 747? This is truly a masterpiece of nature, beyond imagination with giant stalactites and stalagmites hanging from the ceiling or growing from the ground, looking from afar like alien creatures with strange shapes.

A forest inside the cave with misty clouds will create a mesmerizing scene. You will also have a precious opportunity to learn more about the stalactites dating back hundreds of millions of years in the ancient fossil corridor.

This is a journey where from start to finish, you will use a safety rope to climb into the cave, climb up the 90m high stalactite wall known as the Vietnam Wall to get out of the cave. You will always be supervised and supported by the Oxalis safety team throughout the tour.

The expedition is designed with plenty of time for you to take photos and explore. However, you need to be in good health, and have some trekking experience (no climbing or caving skills necessary).

Note:For safety and cave conservation reasons, Quang Binh province only allows Oxalis to be the only company allowed to lead tourists into Hang En and Son Doong Cave according to Decision No. 47/VPUBND-VX (January 9, 2015) and Decision No. 878/UBND-VX (July 29, 2015) of Quang Binh Provincial People's Committee.
