The first discovery of the day was the World War II Memorial in the Philippines, a lush, serene, and artistic space overlooking a distant corner of Manila. This memorial was a gift from the Philippines to the Americans to honor the soldiers who contributed to the liberation of the Philippines during World War II, when it was occupied by the Japanese.

Moments of relaxation and comfort for the members of the group.
Our next destination is Global City – dubbed Manila's new city, boasting a plethora of skyscrapers, shopping malls, and complexes, in a place that was just an empty plot of land 15 years ago.

Overview of Bonifacio Global City
Here, the group members had incredibly interesting experiences, visiting two destinations: Serendra and Market Market. These are the first two locations built in New City, and also serve as gateways to other hubs when entering New City.

The film crew was working at Fiesta Market, a flea market located within the Market Market complex.
Young writer Trang Ha, a member of the group, shared: “This was an absolutely wonderful day for me, starting with a sunrise as I stepped into a swimming pool high above the Manila skyline in my favorite tankini. Afterwards, I went out to flirt with a police officer at Bonifacio Global City, and he lent me his city police Honda motorcycle as a prop for a photoshoot.”

Leaving this place, the group continued their journey to Resort World – a 6-star hotel complex featuring a range of leading international brands. The smiles and friendly conversations between the group members and representatives of the sponsor, Cebu Pacific, seemed to last forever, if not for the impending farewell as the journey continued.

An informal lunch with representatives from the sponsor Cebu Pacific.
For the members of the delegation, it was fascinating to discover a charming little secret in every corner of the city: the vast lawns amidst countless commemorative inscriptions about Manila's past and the war, the bustling shopping centers that no one, especially women, could miss, the intimate meals with representatives of the organizing committee and sponsors, or simply the relaxing and enjoyable moments of fun among the delegation members.
Together, they experienced, explored, and captured the most beautiful and memorable moments in the Philippines.

APT Day 2, filled with sunshine and overflowing with laughter.
