You can get to Starfield Library by bus or subway to save on transportation costs. To be able to travel by these two means, you must have a T-Monkey card, however, instead of buying a separate card, you should buy a Discover Seoul Pass to get free entrance to most of the interesting destinations in the "land of kimchi" and not have to spend money on buying a T-Monkey card.
By bus, you can take Line B - dark blue, bus numbers: 143, 146, 360, 361, 362, 401, 640, 730. By train, take Line 2 (green) to Samseong Station. Exit at Exit 6, follow the tunnel that leads to Starfield COEX Mall.
