Capitalizing on this trend, Charlotte Cakery – an online bakery run by Phan Bao Phuong (born in 2008) – quickly jumped on the bandwagon and achieved resounding success. The bakery's TikTok channel currently has 12,100 followers and 35,800 likes.

Despite being only 15 years old, Bao Phuong has amazed many by owning a thriving online bakery with eight-figure revenue and 40-50 cake orders per day. Founded on March 27, 2024, Charlotte Cakery is not only owned by Bao Phuong but also has the support of collaborators in design, order processing, and customer service.

Sharing about her entrepreneurial journey with sweet pastries, Bao Phuong said: “I started baking in 7th grade with my first type of bread being garlic butter cream cheese bread. This type of bread is quite difficult and not suitable for a beginner, but somehow I was very successful at making it. My passion for business and baking motivated me to open my own bakery.”

Thanks to these efforts, she gradually attracted a stable customer base for her store.
