Every week, Phu Specialty Tea & Coffee organizes sharing sessions and conversations to connect with and encourage people to adopt vegetarianism, meditate, and protect the environment. Although Phu, founded by Le Cat Trong Ly, doesn't have many extravagant activities and its space isn't overly large, it has gradually become a peaceful haven in the heart of the capital.

Hidden Gem Coffee is also on the list of famous "plastic-free" cafes in Hanoi. The cafe stands out because nearly 95% of its materials, from tables and chairs to decorations and cups, are recycled, with the remaining 5% being completely environmentally friendly. The straws used are also bamboo or stainless steel. Furthermore, the cafe encourages customers to bring their own plastic bottles, offering discounts or buyback options.
Located in the heart of the bustling Old Quarter, and with clear statements about environmental protection, Hidden Gem Coffee at 3B Hang Tre Street has quickly become a popular destination for tourists in recent years. The unique, old-fashioned charm of the cafe also attracts foreign visitors who come to discover the lovely little "traces" of old Hanoi.
5. All Day Coffee
Located in a rather "Western" setting, All Day Coffee (37 Quang Trung Street, Hoan Kiem District) is a cafe that has recently attracted a large number of young people thanks to its modern, youthful style and a list of delicious and unique drinks. Notably, although not heavily advertised, All Day Coffee is also known as a cafe that has followed environmentally friendly trends since its inception.

6. North Cafe
Not as famous or "massive" as other coffee brands, Noth Cafe is a beverage shop with lots of greenery located at 105/d5, alley 4b, Dang Van Ngu Street. Noth is the brainchild of young people who love plants and aspire to change people's thinking about environmental issues.
Besides promoting a green lifestyle, coffee and pastries are also two of the cafe's strengths. At Noth Cafe, there are also workshops discussing environmental issues, aiming to spread the idea of living in harmony with nature and working together to protect the Earth.
