The "Colors of the Philippines" photo exhibition is part of the Amazing Photo Tour program (a destination promotion program for Vietnamese tourists) organized by Travellive Magazine in collaboration with the Philippine Tourism Board, InterContinental Hanoi Westlake Hotel, and Cebu Pacific Airlines.
The exhibition displays 87 selected photographs by 8 authors: Nguyen Hoang Ha, Chu Hoang Linh, Dinh Quang Hai, Vo Van Loc, Nguyen Hong Thai, Le The Thang, Nguyen Viet Hung, and Hoang Ha. They are members who participated in the Amazing Photo Tour.3Explore the capital city of Manila and the beautiful island of Cebu in the Philippines this past May.
The exhibition ran from July 14th to July 20th, 2014 at the National Library of Vietnam - 31 Trang Thi Street, Hanoi, after being displayed at the InterContinental Hanoi Westlake Hotel. It was an emotionally resonant, authentic, and concise recreation of the landscapes, culture, and people of the Philippines, presented through the experiences and perceptions of Vietnamese people, evoking deep emotions and empathy in viewers.
The "Colors of the Philippines" photo exhibition adds a new highlight to the overall picture of cultural integration between Vietnam and the Philippines, at a time when the two countries are strengthening their relationship in economic, political, cultural, and tourism aspects.
