VICAS Art Studio's first exhibition after the pandemic.

VICAS Art Studio is a Vietnamese art creative space positioned on the world map, functioning to research and support the development of contemporary art creations and experiments. VICAS Art Studio regularly organizes presentations, seminars, film screenings, and practical training courses in art criticism, curation, and management.

However, the institute's main source of revenue doesn't come from those courses or events, but rather from advertising film production services, coffee sales, and sponsorship funding.

Therefore, as the impact of the pandemic spread, VICAS Art Studio had to make great efforts to overcome the difficult period and make a spectacular comeback with a "new look" - an upgraded space to serve the exhibition of its first collection after 3 years of operation, as well as new projects in the future.

The collection titled “No.01,” comprising 35 works from 20 distinctive artists following contemporary trends, will be exhibited at VICAS Art Studio (32 Hao Nam, Dong Da, Hanoi) from September 14, 2020 to October 25, 2020.

Many artists sold their paintings for less than half, two-thirds, or even donated them to the exhibition as a way to support VICAS in continuing its journey of connecting contemporary art.

Note: Admission to the exhibition is free, however, the number of visitors at any one time will be limited to under 20.
