Staying at the villa costs $10,000 per night.

Luxury villas share common features such as private pools, ocean views, private chefs, numerous rooms…and, of course, an exorbitant price tag.

Among them, the newest villa at Sri Panwa resort, named X24, is considered the most expensive, with prices ranging from $8,000 to $10,000 per night, depending on the season.

Last December, singer Mariah Carey stayed at this luxurious villa. The diva spent time visiting Sri Panwa ahead of her concert in Bangkok, posting a photo on Instagram showing her children having a great time enjoying the X24 villa.

This 25,000-square-meter villa is truly a super villa. It includes five very spacious bedrooms with stunning views, one of which is separate from the living area and features a private pool and outdoor bathroom. Notably, each room is designed and decorated in a unique style, subtly combining dark tones with light as the main theme.

And if you have family, don't worry, X24 has both indoor and outdoor areas suitable for a variety of purposes. There's also a playroom with a variety of games, a movie theater, a gym, a Japanese-style onsen hot spring pool, and a spacious kitchen/dining area where you'll be served by a private chef specializing in fine dining. Large floor-to-ceiling windows can be opened at any time to let the sea breeze into the house.

But the most valuable feature of this villa is that it offers a 360-degree view of the Andaman Sea, as it is situated at the highest point of the resort.

“What makes Sri Panwa X24’s location special is that it’s situated on the southeastern edge of Phuket with unobstructed views and is a villa completely isolated from the outside world,” explains Vorasit Issara, owner and manager of Sri Panwa.

According to staff, X24 was purchased by a private owner although it remains under the management of the upscale Sri Panwa resort. However, no one has revealed the mysterious owner of this expensive villa.

For those who love the beach experience, the resort has a private, clean, and safe sandy area, and guests can also sign up for free kayak rentals with snorkels and paddleboards.

Sri Panwa Resort also has its own canoes and speedboats, allowing guests to explore the uninhabited islands scattered in the surrounding waters.

In terms of other activities, Sri Panwa also has a large gym, a spa, and a recreation area with a variety of entertainment options.

The resort offers a variety of dining options, including Baba Soul Food (Thai restaurant), IKI (Japanese eatery), Baba Hot Box (grill), and Baba Chino, which serves modern Chinese cuisine. Sri Panwa also boasts a popular upscale bar called Baba Nest, but reservations are recommended as it's very popular.
