On the evening of July 18, 2025, HIIVE by Fusion Binh Duong successfully organized the event “Two Seekers, One Celebration: Wine & Bite”, to celebrate the hotel's 2nd anniversary.
At Dzô Dzô Sports Bar – the first American-style sports bar in Binh Duong – guests enjoyed exploring a carefully selected wine journey, perfectly paired with exquisite canapés.

The event was co-organized with Celliers d'Asie Vietnam, one of the leading wine distributors in Vietnam. Possessing a vast collection of over 3,000 wine labels from around the world, they have contributed to spreading wine appreciation culture in Vietnam. Accompanying this event was Sommelier Huy Nguyen, with over 12 years of experience, who guided guests in exploring the depth of flavor and the story behind each glass of wine.

The canapé menu prepared by chef Phan Duy Thanh of HIIVE by Fusion Binh Duong is a harmonious blend of European cuisine and familiar Vietnamese dishes, creatively reimagined using local ingredients to create an inspiring fusion with each wine.

The atmosphere of the event gradually heated up with an exciting lucky draw. Prizes included a bottle of Red Apron wine, a dining voucher at Dzô Dzô Sports Bar, and a handcrafted Sắc diện ceramic mask reflecting the local spirit, creating unexpected moments that contributed to the connection and completeness of this gathering.
