WorldHotels has chosen Phu Quoc for its first project in Vietnam.
WorldHotels, a hotel brand belonging to the BWH Hotels group, has just announced the WorldHotels Long Beach Resort Phu Quoc project, marking the brand's first presence in Vietnam. The resort is located on Tran Hung Dao Street, one of the main tourist routes on Phu Quoc Island.

The project is developed as an integrated resort, catering to the needs for accommodation, dining, entertainment, and event organization. The resort is located approximately 10 minutes from Phu Quoc International Airport, providing convenient access to the island's central area.

WorldHotels Long Beach Resort Phu Quoc boasts 465 guest rooms in various categories to cater to individual travelers, families, and business guests. The design utilizes colors inspired by the tropical sea, combined with natural light and open spaces.
Developing amenities to serve resort and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) guests.
In addition to accommodation, the resort has developed amenities such as a swimming pool, gym, PearlSense Spa, and Gemy Kids Club. According to the operator, Gemy Kids Club is envisioned as a large-scale entertainment complex in the central area of Duong Dong.
The project also invests in the MICE tourism segment through Mira Ballroom, which has a capacity of approximately 400 guests, serving conferences, seminars, and wedding receptions. The event space is equipped with sound, lighting, and audiovisual equipment to support corporate activities and private events.

Sharing his vision for operation, Mr. Subash Gadtaula, General Manager of the resort, said: “WorldHotels Long Beach Resort Phu Quoc is not just a resort, but a destination where people can truly immerse themselves in the life of Phu Quoc Island and enjoy meaningful moments together. From vibrant connecting spaces to unique sunset experiences, every detail is carefully considered to create natural yet memorable emotions.”
Increase the supply of resort accommodations in Phu Quoc.
In addition to accommodation, WorldHotels Long Beach Resort Phu Quoc invests heavily in its culinary and entertainment offerings. The resort currently operates Terai Restaurant, which serves all-day buffets; Nami Restaurant, which offers contemporary Vietnamese cuisine; East West Brewing Phu Quoc; and Sora Sky Bar.

East West Brewing Phu Quoc focuses on craft beer combined with music and beachfront activities, while Sora Sky Bar aims for an elevated sunset viewing experience. These two models are increasingly appearing in beachfront resort complexes to extend stay durations and increase on-site spending.

The Phu Quoc market is entering a highly competitive phase in the luxury resort segment as numerous international brands enter the island. Instead of focusing on developing large room capacities, many projects are shifting towards building a service ecosystem encompassing wellness, nightlife, culinary experiences, and event spaces.

WorldHotels' choice of Phu Quoc for its first project in Vietnam demonstrates the continued strong appeal of the beach resort market, particularly among international and domestic tourists seeking extended stays. Summer room rates at WorldHotels Long Beach Resort Phu Quoc start at approximately VND 2.745 million per night.
