At the same time, minimize large gatherings at funerals, weddings, anniversaries, birthday parties, and other large social events; encourage people to stay at home, work, and study online through information technology and television... Religious and worship establishments should not organize activities that involve large gatherings...

Russia postpones referendum.

Russian President Vladimir Putin has announced the postponement of the nationwide referendum on constitutional amendments due to the widespread COVID-19 pandemic in the country. Putin stated that the Russian government will assess the situation to determine a suitable date for the referendum.

According to previous plans, a referendum on constitutional amendments will be held in Russia on April 22nd. To date, Russia has recorded 658 cases of the disease and 1 death.
