Each participation voucher, valued at 10 million VND, will give participants the opportunity to experience two months of unlimited membership at the nearest California Fitness & Yoga club, weekly group training sessions with a senior personal trainer (Master PT), two months of nutritional counseling, and regular body check-ups. The total value of these participation vouchers exceeds 5 billion VND.
In addition to significant health benefits, the program also supports those facing weight and appearance concerns. Specifically, candidates with the best and most impressive body transformation results will have the chance to win valuable prizes from California Fitness & Yoga: an Apple Watch and a one-year membership.
Mr. Dane Fort, General Director of FLG Vietnam, the group that owns the California Fitness & Yoga brand, shared: “We launched the California Body Transformation Challenge - Special Edition program in 2020 and were incredibly impressed by the demand from Vietnamese people for body transformation and health improvement. Last year, only 10 people received a spot nationwide, but this year we decided to give the opportunity to 500 people after seeing the enthusiastic response to the program.”
The California Transformation Challenge program has completed 25 stages and helped thousands of Vietnamese people change their physiques. It is also the company's largest body transformation program, held twice a year.

Those wishing to participate can email transformation@cfyc.com.vn between now and the end of April, including a photo of themselves, a video telling their story, or a short essay (under 100 words) describing how the Body Transformation Challenge has changed their lives. The judging panel will select candidates who are most likely to benefit from the program. The first 50 selected participants will receive a California workout kit including a water bottle, bag, towel, and t-shirt.
The 8-week challenge will begin with weight checks in early May, followed by 4 weeks of training and, at the end, training with the help of the InBody device.
Participants must be 18 years of age or older and reside in Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, Da Nang, Nha Trang, Vung Tau, and Can Tho.
