Sea urchins are rare and only caught seasonally. Sea urchin fish sauce is even rarer. Sa Huynh sea urchin fish sauce is famous throughout the country. From ancient times, sea urchin fish sauce has been a delicacy offered to the emperor, hence the name "royal fish sauce."

After sea urchin paste comes king crab. This is a large crab, weighing up to a kilogram, with a brick-red body. Visitors to Sa Huynh will find it hard to forget the boiled king crab with salt dip. Just a few crabs are enough to satisfy a full stomach. Visitors can choose a few strings of fresh crabs to take home as gifts for family and friends.
