Don’t be surprised to see the houses here lean close together, nestled on gently sloping hills. The layout may seem chaotic and precarious, but every house has a balcony with an unobstructed view of the sea.

Join the crowd, you can leisurely stroll in the pedestrian street crisscrossed like a chessboard with countless luxury shops. The streets here are decorated with many colorful bougainvillea trellises and colorful flower pots beside the windows. All the roads on the island are very small, zigzag, winding under colorful balconies.

3. The most beautiful place to watch the sunset in the world
Santorini is located 230 km from the capital Athens. You can reach this city, considered to have the most beautiful sunset in the world, by car or boat.
4. Beautiful beach
Santorini has an area of about 96 km² with a coastline of about 69 km. The island has about 13,000 inhabitants, most of whom work for tourism. Among the many beautiful beaches in Santorini, Black Beach is the most popular because of its fine and soft sand and clear blue water.
5. Fira and Oia Town
There are two towns in Santorini, Fira and Oia. While Fira is a great place to catch the sunset, Oia’s architecture is stunning.
Oia is considered the most beautiful town in Santorini. The small, pretty houses are located on the gentle hills, standing precariously close to the sea. All are painted pure white in harmony with the blue of the Mediterranean sea.

The town’s architectural style is very typical of Santorini, with every house having a window overlooking the sea. So with a simple but not cheap room, you will catch a brilliant sunset without having to step outside.
6. Unique dome church
Otherwise, the best place to watch the Oia sunset is the Santorini church, one of the world's most famous beautiful churches with its unique circular dome.
7. Coffee
Coming here, you also cannot forget the lovely restaurants and cafes located on both sides of small streets with beautiful campuses and flower trellises blooming brilliantly all year round.

9. Riding a donkey
There are many means of transportation on Santorini Island for you to choose from such as renting bicycles, motorbikes, taking the bus, but the most unique is to rent a donkey and leisurely roam around the island.
