Sarah's childhood home, which sowed the seeds of her inspiration, was a small house in the village of Aberlour, Speyside, Scotland, across the river from the renowned Macallan estate.

Beyond just the taste, the essence of the Hogmanay New Year celebration is also reflected in the packaging design, a creation by the talented French-Japanese designer Erica Dorn.
For the first time, connoisseurs can hold in their hands a single-dose malt whisky box design, where the artistic emphasis is simply on abstracted moments of Hogmanay: the first visit of the year, lighting the fire, throwing the coals, eating and drinking, raising a toast to family reunions... On the outside, fragments of memories of Hogmanay moments stand out in red, symbolizing good fortune and the warm fire of New Year's Eve that millions of families light to celebrate the new year. Inside, these fragments of memories are draped in mystical shades of blue. For those who deeply cherish the warm moments of the last winter night of the year, this will be the special blue of that night. And for those with a strong sense of national pride, this blue holds even more sacred meaning as it is the color of the Scottish flag, symbolizing Saint Andrew.
