The UK lifted all travel restrictions from March 18th.
From 4:00 AM on March 18th (11:00 AM Vietnam time), travelers to England, Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland will no longer need to fill out a passenger location information form, and those who have not been vaccinated against Covid-19 will not be required to undergo testing before and after arriving in the UK.
Having been one of the countries in Europe that implemented the strictest international travel restrictions during the peak of the Covid-19 pandemic, the UK is now much more open than many other European countries and the US – which still has some restrictions in place, including the requirement to show proof of vaccination.

According to the UK Department of Transport, the country will maintain contingency measures to deal with concerning variations, however these measures will not include requiring travelers to quarantine in hotels, as the UK government is committed to applying "the least stringent measures possible".
British travel companies have long hoped that the requirement to fill out a passenger location information form would be removed soon, so lifting all restrictions, including for unvaccinated travelers, would be a boost to the country's tourism industry.
South Korea lifts quarantine requirement for international travelers from April 1st.
From the beginning of April, foreign visitors (including Vietnamese) who have received all doses of the Covid-19 vaccine are allowed to enter South Korea without quarantine. Those who have received two doses of the vaccine and have registered with the Korean vaccination management system (Q-Code) will be exempt from quarantine from March 21st.

To confirm they have received all the required vaccine doses, travelers can directly log in their vaccination information through the declaration system and attach their vaccination completion certificate for verification. After completing the declaration, each person will be issued a QR code. When entering the country or visiting tourist attractions, restaurants, etc., that require health declarations, travelers simply need to present the QR code for scanning. This declaration also helps the Korean government easily manage tourists.
However, if the person entering the country comes from a country that is not exempt from quarantine, they must still self-quarantine for 7 days. Currently, there are four countries that are not eligible for quarantine exemption upon arrival in South Korea: Pakistan, Uzbekistan, Ukraine, and Myanmar.
