Following the success of the Da Nang – Bangkok, Phu Quoc – Bangkok, and Hanoi – Chiang Mai routes, Bangkok Airways will officially launch a direct flight from Bangkok to Cam Ranh on January 25, 2019. With a frequency of four flights per week on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays, Bangkok Airways is the only airline offering regular direct flights from Thailand to Cam Ranh, one of the ideal coastal cities chosen by many Vietnamese and European tourists as a vacation destination.

On this route, Bangkok Airways will use an Airbus A319 aircraft with 144 seats. Flight PG994 will depart from Cam Ranh International Airport at 12:55 PM and land at Suvarnabhumi Airport (Bangkok) at 2:40 PM. Flight PG993 will depart from Suvarnabhumi Airport (Bangkok) at 10:20 AM and land at Cam Ranh International Airport at 12:05 PM.
This new flight route will allow residents of two rapidly developing cities like Cam Ranh and Nha Trang to travel to the Thai capital in less than two hours.
In addition, passengers will not have to pay any extra fees or charges for 20 kg of baggage, in-flight meals, and all passengers can enjoy the luxurious lounge at Suvarnabhumi Airport. The lounge is designed with modern architecture, bright colors, free Wi-Fi, snacks, and a wide variety of drinks.

Specifically, passengers with a FlyerBonus Premier Membership card will have access to the Ribbon Club lounge with hot meals, check-in at the Blue Ribbon counter, a 30 kg baggage allowance, and priority baggage claim.
