Sapa
Sa Pa, 320km north of Hanoi, attracts many tourists with its beautiful terraced fields. Rice here has been cultivated on terraces for centuries and the wild nature is as beautiful as a painting. The highest peak here is Fansipan - known as the Roof of Indochina. This is also home to many ethnic minorities with unique cultural values.
In terms of cuisine, there are many traditional ethnic dishes made from different types of meat such as beef, pork, buffalo and goat. Sa Pa is also famous for its fresh and cool salmon.
Hue
For those interested in history and passionate about Vietnamese cuisine, Hue is a destination not to be missed. The best time to visit Hue is February - April. Located about 130 km north of Hoi An, Hue is the ancient capital of Vietnam. This place preserves many architectural works, temples, and tombs of the Nguyen Dynasty.

The best time to visit Da Nang is from February to April.
