At the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Quy Tan, Head of Tourism Department, Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Quang Nam province announced the decision to recognize Bel Maria Hoi An Resort as a 5-star resort within 5 years from the date of signing and was allowed to hang a bronze plaque showing the quality recognized by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism.
Next, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Hong, Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Quang Nam province, presented the 5-star certification decision to the resort representative, Mr. Robert Menzies Francis - General Manager of the resort, and pulled out the cloth to reveal the 5-star bronze plaque in front of customers, partners and the media.
