In Quy Nhon, thousands of tourists have already booked rooms at numerous hotels and resorts along the coast ahead of the April 30th and May 1st holidays.
"Many resorts and hotels along the coast were fully booked after tourists learned that the locality was organizing numerous events, festivals, and fireworks displays coinciding with the April 30th and May 1st holidays," shared Mr. Tran Van Thanh, Director of the Binh Dinh Department of Tourism.
Meanwhile, Mr. Nguyen Hoang Vu, Chairman of the Binh Dinh Tourism Association and Director of the Hoang Yen Hotel Complex, added that the three 3- and 4-star hotels of Hoang Yen have already had over 80% of their 200 rooms booked for the April 30th and May 1st holiday.
"We've kept room rates the same and included breakfast at the hotels to serve tourists. Many festivals, especially the province's fireworks displays coinciding with holidays, have led to a surge in hotel bookings compared to previous years," Mr. Vu said.
