Premium Mooncake Collection from Hôtel Des Arts Saigon “Pearl Of The Far East”

15/08/2024

Continuing the story of the Mid-Autumn Festival of the Pearl of the Far East last year, Hôtel des Arts Saigon, MGallery Collection, takes you to a beautiful moonlit night scene of a familiar place, accompanying Saigon through many years.

The box design is inspired by the wooden jewelry boxes of proud ladies, delicately carved with the image of Turtle Lake, lying peacefully under the brilliant full moon. All is simply recreated through the view of the window at the Hôtel des Arts Saigon from above. This Mid-Autumn Festival, this special image will be depicted with delicate golden lines, like a peaceful moonlight scene adding splendor to a familiar place. All will be viewed from the characteristic window of the Hotel Des Arts Saigon.

Bringing more tea culture experiences to this year’s moon season, Hôtel des Arts Saigon has meticulously incorporated premium Pu-erh tea into traditional mooncakes. Produced in the Northwest region of Vietnam, the tea leaves are picked and processed from the first days of spring for nearly 40 days. Around September and October, when the tangerine season arrives, farmers will continue to dry and brew the tea in fresh tangerine peels, bringing a unique flavor to drinkers.

Originating from Yunnan province and gradually spreading throughout the East, Pu-erh tea is famous as one of the high-class teas with a sophisticated harvesting and processing process. Along with excellent health benefits, such as protecting the heart, reducing blood fat, eliminating toxins... Pu-erh tea also fascinates tea lovers with its astringent taste, sweet aftertaste, interwoven with the gentle scent of tangerine. Sipping a cup of excellent Pu-erh tea with unique mooncakes promises a fulfilling experience under the bright moonlight this year.
