The cowherd boy graces the cover of a fashion magazine.

Internet sensation Dinh Chan is once again causing a stir after appearing on the cover of the prestigious fashion magazine Harper's Bazaar.

Originally a cowherd from Litang County, Tibet Autonomous Region (Sichuan Province, China), Ding Zhen became famous for his captivating appearance after his photos were widely shared on social media.

His wild beauty is a far cry from the polished, refined look of contemporary showbiz heartthrobs. Because of this, Ding Zhen is sought after by the media and even invited to grace the covers of fashion magazines.

Harper's Bazaar China's August 2021 issue chose Ding Zhen as its cover image. Photographer Yun Chao set the photoshoot in Ding Zhen's hometown of Tibet.

The idea behind the photo series is to capture everyday moments in Dinh Chan's life, such as caring for and playing with horses, and accompanying his nomadic brothers as they migrate up the mountain.

On the social media platform Weibo, the fashion magazine described the photo series: "Returning to his hometown and protecting the beauty of nature is the most enduring belief in Ding Zhen's heart. His horse, Pearl, the companion that accompanied him across mountains and galloped across grasslands, is what he remembers most."

After being posted, the photo series received positive feedback from readers. The public praised the team for conveying a spirit of freedom and exhilaration amidst the expansive natural landscape, highlighting the wild and rustic beauty of the Tibetan boy. Ding Zhen's face was described as gentle and innocent, and his radiant, carefree smile captivated millions of viewers.

Sharing her thoughts on this photo series, Dinh Chan expressed her joy at being able to share the wild, simple, and rustic life of the people in the highlands with the world.

Earlier, in February, Ding Zhen was invited by For Him magazine to collaborate on a photoshoot in Litang, Sichuan province, the hometown of the cowherd boy.

Ding Zhen is currently filming the show "Chinese Restaurant," alongside Huang Xiaoming, Ning Jing, Yao Anna, Gong Jun, and Zhou Ye.

Since rising to fame, Ding Zhen has been a media magnet in China. He has been invited to participate in numerous events and artistic activities within the Chinese entertainment industry. Recently, Ding Zhen established his own management company, Sichuan Little Horse Youth, with an investment of $465,000. This is seen as his official entry into showbiz, marking the beginning of his career as an artist with a professional and well-organized team.

In February, Ding Zhen attended the Weibo Awards alongside A-list stars from the entertainment industry and made a guest appearance in a film.Our new life: Welcome to Cat Na Campor join in singing a Tibetan song titled 1376 Thoughts Come True.

Last April, Dinh Chan was a guest at designer Ha Moc's Autumn/Winter 2021 show, part of Shanghai Fashion Week. A few days later, he participated in the United Nations' Nature Conservation event and gave a speech as a youth representative.
