The café is designed with a tiered architecture, each floor having its own unique inspiration, unified only by the dominant pastel blue color. All of this creates a large complex with many diverse kiosks such as a comic book store, clothing store, souvenir shop, outdoor detox drink shop, organic fruit and vegetable stall, etc.

The paintings displayed here mostly feature nature and clouds. The owner of Anaiis Concept & Café explained that the name of the café was inspired by the French word "Anaïs," meaning "sweet," and often used to name baby girls. She modified "Anaïs" to "Anaiis" to make it easier for Vietnamese people to pronounce and find, while still retaining the original meaning.

Owner Anaiis says that every day, she and her staff sow seeds and plant potted plants so that every guest can feel the freshness and positivity.

"A green, clean, and beautiful space is what Anaiis always strives for. We hope that everyone who visits will always be welcomed in the most comfortable way," the owner shared.

Anaiis Concept & Café currently offers a single price of 99,000 VND per person, which includes a choice of drinks and unlimited photo and video space. They offer familiar drinks like coffee, espresso, and fruit teas and fermented teas made with fresh fruits from Da Lat. In addition, Anaiis also has a variety of pastries such as cream bread, brioche suisse, matcha dorush, etc., priced at around 30,000 VND each.

As a studio-style cafe with an airy atmosphere, Anaiis Concept & Café also frequently organizes workshops for children and young people – a rather novel experiential model for cafes that focus solely on visual aspects. Most recently, Anaiis held a painting workshop with the theme “Mirella” (balance, purification) in early January. Nguyen Thao Nguyen, the artist in charge of this workshop, is also the author of the artworks currently on display in the cafe's art gallery.
