Roving Chillhouse
As one of the earliest rice field cafes to appear in Hoi An,Roving ChillhouseUp to now, it still retains its appeal to young people. The shop is located on Nguyen Trai Street (Cam Chau Ward), about 3.5 km from Hoi An center, about 2 km from Cua Dai beach. The design here is rustic, natural, with both indoor and outdoor areas, and a large space, so there are many beautiful corners for check-in.

The restaurant has a very diverse menu of drinks and food, from cakes, fruits, to salmon, steak... On holidays such as Valentine's Day, March 8..., the restaurant has additional sets to serve visitors. On weekends, Roving Chillhouse often organizes light music nights to attract young people.

Old brick kiln
Over the past two years,Old brick kilnis a name that is loved and passed on by many young people. Located not far from Hoi An, this place began to emerge as a new destination from the beginning of 2020, right after the restaurant was completed.
Previously, this place was abandoned for 20 years, then renovated by Ms. Thanh Nga, the owner of the restaurant. Ms. Nga shared: “This field was where I experimented with cultivating purple rice varieties from many regions using organic methods. Right here, there was an old brick kiln that had been abandoned for many years. When people intended to demolish it, I bought it. At that time, everyone said I was crazy.”
After buying the old brick kiln, she renovated it and built a winding bamboo bridge across the field to welcome tourists to visit the rice fields and take photos. In 2020, she opened a coffee shop and agricultural products shop right next to the brick kiln, overlooking the field.

Currently, Ms. Nga grows many different types of organic agricultural products here to make ingredients for drinks such as: purple rice milk, purple rice smoothie, purple rice tea...; organizes a camping area in the middle of the field and builds a bungalow for guests to stay overnight. Visitors here can also experience being a farmer, experience producing roasted rice tea, and prepare dishes from purple rice...
The best time to visit the bar is around 5am - 6am when the sun is just rising or 5pm - 6pm when the sun is setting. The bar also has a large stage area to host music shows at night and on weekends.

Chic Chillax
Chic Chillaxis a new “rice field” cafe that opened on January 1, 2022. After only about two months, this place has become a favorite destination for young people, constantly checking in. On average, Chic Chillax welcomes about 1,200 visitors per day, and is often fully booked.
The restaurant is about 3,000 m2 wide.2, but most of the space is garden landscape and lawn, surrounded by vast rice fields. The design here is inspired by the traditional wooden houses of Quang Nam people; making use of recycled items such as old jars, old doors, old tables and chairs, pepper poles for decoration. The best time to visit Chic Chillax is the winter-spring rice crop (from January to April) and the summer-autumn rice crop (from May to August).

The entire rice growing area surrounding the restaurant is cultivated using organic methods, experimenting with the famous ST25 rice variety. “We do not use fertilizers or chemicals to ensure the safety of agricultural products as well as the restaurant space. In the near future, we will invite visitors to experience plowing, harrowing, and harvesting with local farmers,” the restaurant manager shared.

Xom Chieu Coffee
Xom Chieu is a quiet place to relax, about 1 km from Roving Chillhouse. The restaurant has a view of the rice fields, located next to a colorful flower and vegetable garden. The restaurant is also planted and decorated with flowers and small ornamental plants. Combining a simple, cozy design space,Xom Chieu Coffeemore like a country house than a beverage shop.
Unlike Roving Chillhouse or Chic Chillax which are often crowded with diners, Xom Chieu is more peaceful and spacious but still has a peaceful village scene. The drinks here are very popular and diverse: sugarcane juice, fruit juice, coffee,...
