Being busy is like a wheel that sweeps away all other joys, as well as sadness, but cannot heal our wounds.

Ms. Helly Tong shared in Podcast Di-Dich episode 2: “Healing through trips” as follows: “People often say that they go to Da Lat when they are too stressed. Because Da Lat is in the mountains and has more trees, fewer houses. But when I ask people if they feel less stressed when they go back, they often say no. So the problem is not in the physical place but in the non-physical place.”
The joys lie under the white clouds, blue sky, watching the silver waterfall, the gentle hills, letting yourself be carried by the wind and the swaying of the leaves, sometimes it is just a soft blanket where we rest, covering us for a short time. Sometimes, we have to sit down and calm down to look deeply into our problems.
Musician Duc Thinh also confided on the Di-Dich Podcast episode 2: “Music and travel are essentially healing. We feel like we have lost something and have to go to heal... At first, we need new sources of energy, new places, but when we are strong enough, we look inside.”
