Mr. Mathieu Le Besq, a French national, joined Accor Group in 2000 and holds a Hotel Management degree from France. Throughout his career, he has held numerous key positions at prestigious hotels, from day-to-day operations management to strategic leadership across the entire hotel system. He has demonstrated outstanding leadership skills as General Manager at Mercure Danang French Village Bana Hills and as General Manager concurrently at Mercure & ibis Styles Vung Tau.

He has successfully led hotel reopenings, managed pre-opening operations, and oversaw major renovation projects. His notable achievements include implementing cost-saving initiatives and helping the hotels he manages maintain high rankings on TripAdvisor.
