In the past, the Mid-Autumn Festival was a long and joyful season, a time for adults to celebrate the bountiful harvest and for children to eagerly anticipate delicious treats and treats while enjoying the moonlit feast. Therefore, the Mid-Autumn Festival is also known as the Moon-Viewing Festival, a time that holds countless memories for children's hearts, as they carry star-shaped lanterns with friends, sing and dance, and enjoy the feast under the full moon.

It's often said that the flavor of nostalgia is beautiful. The Mid-Autumn Festival of decades past, despite hardship and scarcity, was still filled with the joyful spirit of childhood. Amidst the hustle and bustle of modern life, everyone longs to return to their childhood, to a free world where they could dream of magical things.
Inspired by the carousel rides in amusement parks – a place every child dreams of visiting – the Metropole mooncake collection, with its sophisticated and modern design, not only tantalizes the taste buds but also evokes memories and dreams for generations of Vietnamese children. The Metropole mooncake collection includes: boxes of four, boxes of six, and VIP premium boxes. With their innovative colors and designs, the four- and six-cake boxes can be cleverly transformed into containers for sweets and pastries for afternoon tea or used for decoration.
The cake box is inspired by the carousel game, evoking cherished memories for generations of Vietnamese children.
With her skillful hands, Chef Nguyen Thanh Van will introduce seven tempting mooncake varieties, ranging from classic flavors like traditional mixed nuts, lotus seed and glutinous rice flakes, black sesame and coconut, to exciting creations such as mung bean with salted egg yolk, caramel with dried figs, or pistachio and chocolate. In addition, Metropole Hanoi will also launch a novel combination for this year's festival: a mooncake filled with chocolate and biscuit crumbs. Each flavor is made with a unique recipe and contains no preservatives, guaranteeing five-star culinary quality.
