The Mid-Autumn Festival of the past was a long season of joy, when it was an occasion for adults to celebrate a bountiful harvest and for children to look forward to delicious and strange foods while enjoying the moonlit feast. Therefore, the Mid-Autumn Festival is also called the Moon-Watching Festival, a time that holds many memories for children's souls, when they can join friends to carry star lanterns, dance and sing and enjoy the feast under the full moon.

People often say that the taste of old memories is often very beautiful. The Mid-Autumn Festival of decades ago, despite its hardships and deprivation, was still filled with youthful joy. Amidst the hustle and bustle of modern life, everyone wishes to return to their childhood, to a free sky where they can dream of magical things.
Inspired by the merry-go-round in amusement parks - a place that every child dreams of setting foot on, the Metropole mooncake collection with its sophisticated and modern design not only touches the taste buds but also touches the memories and dreams of many generations of Vietnamese children. The Metropole mooncake collection includes: four-cake boxes, six-cake boxes, and VIP premium boxes. With innovative colors and designs, the four-cake boxes and six-cake boxes can be cleverly transformed into jam and cake boxes for afternoon tea or used for decoration.
The cake box was inspired by the carousel game, touching the memories of many generations of Vietnamese children.
With her talented hands, Chef Nguyen Thanh Van will introduce seven types of attractive mooncakes, from classic flavors such as traditional mixed, lotus seed and green rice, black sesame and coconut to interesting creations such as green bean with salted egg, caramel with dried fig or pistachio and chocolate. In addition, Metropole Hanoi will also introduce a new combination for this year's festive season: chocolate and cookie crumbs. Each cake flavor is made according to its own recipe and is completely preservative-free, ensuring five-star culinary quality.
Sofitel Legend Metropole Hanoi's mooncakes are specially handcrafted and preservative-free.
