Content:

• The workshop focused mainly on the Speaker's direct training activities with 200 students, including 20 candidates.

ROUND 3: TITLE-HOLDER

DThe final GALA of the competition, where the TOP 06 best and most talented contestants gather.

***Round 3.1: MULTIPLE CHOICE

• Top 06 contestants are divided into 02 rounds (contestants will be arranged in order by the Organizing Committee), each round has 03 contestants.
• Each test has 05 multiple choice questions with 04 answers A, B, C, D corresponding to different levels of difficulty: 02 first questions 10 points, 02 next questions 20 points, 01 last question 30 points.
• Each contestant has the right to answer by raising a flag in hand immediately after the MC finishes reading the question and calls out 3 counts.
• The first contestant has the right to answer. If the answer is wrong, the opportunity will be given to the remaining 2 contestants. The second contestant has the right to answer correctly. The score for that question will be recorded for the second contestant. If the answer is wrong, the opportunity will be moved to the next question.
• Repeat this process until the end of 02 rounds.
• Note: If a candidate raises the flag and does not answer within 5 seconds, he/she will lose his/her turn. Each question has only 01 turn to answer.

*** Round 3.2: DEBATE

Form:Pair debate
Content:03 debate topics will be provided by the Organizing Committee to the contestants before the Gala night.

• Every topic will have its proponents and opponents.
• Note: Candidates will only know 03 exam topics in advance and will not know in advance whether they will debate on the opposing or supporting side.
• Contestants will be drawn into pairs, and the order of competition for each pair will be drawn, and the debate method will also be drawn: argument or argument.
• Each pair will have 12 minutes to debate in turn.
• The opposing side will begin the debate first.
• After each debate, 01 judge will have 02 minutes to comment on each pair.
• Note: each match has only 01 judge commenting.

BTC will total the scores of Round 3.1 and Round 3.2 to selectTOP 03The best candidates enter Round 3.3: Handling situations.

*** Round 3.3: SITUATION HANDLING

Each contestant will take turns drawing packages of situations to be solved directly in the form of drama from the Organizing Committee (Guest actors can be the judges or the Organizing Committee).

• In this round, the Top 3 contestants will play the role of managers to solve the problem.
• Each scenario lasts up to 10 minutes.
• After each situation, each jury will have 5 minutes to comment.
• Scores will be awarded by each judge on a 100-point scale.
• The third round scores are arranged from high to low and the Champion, Runner-up and Quarter Winners are selected.
• The contestant with the highest total score will become the CHAMPION.
