Da Nang tourism is receiving many positive signals as there have been 29 flights and 2,560 international visitors to Da Nang since the reopening of international flights.
Previously, on April 20, the Danang Tourism Promotion Center - in coordination with Danang International Terminal Investment and Operation Joint Stock Company and VNPT Danang - organized a program to give away Vinaphone 4G data SIM cards to international tourists with the message "Enjoy Danang".
The program has created a good impression on international tourists when coming to Da Nang, meeting the needs of communication, connection, information lookup and enhancing the experience for tourists via the Internet.
The program to give 4G data SIM cards to international tourists will be implemented from April to June 2022, with more than 50,000 SIM cards being distributed free of charge to international tourists at the Da Nang tourism information counter (international arrivals terminal) of Da Nang International Airport.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Hoai An, Director of Da Nang Tourism Promotion Center, said that communication is the first essential thing for every tourist when arriving in Da Nang. The program hopes to create a good impression, sympathy and hopefully bring a wonderful experience to every tourist, while maintaining the image of Da Nang as an attractive and hospitable tourist destination.
With the message "Enjoy Danang", the program has created a good impression on international tourists when visiting this livable coastal city.
On April 20, in Da Nang, there were more than 150 international passengers, more than 100 passengers on flight SQ172 of Singapore Airlines and 50 passengers on flight VZ960 of Thai Vietjet Air, these were the first passengers to receive free 4G Vinaphone data sim cards of the program.
In the near future, it is expected that a number of international flights from Singapore, Japan, Thailand, Malaysia, etc. to Da Nang will also be operated more frequently with a frequency of 41 flights/week.
