'Da Vittorio' is a living legend about a family that built a globally renowned brand in the culinary and hospitality industry: the Cerea family. For over 50 years, a distinctive and unique culinary style has been maintained and developed to reach the world stage thanks to the insightful vision of its founders, Vittorio Cerea and his wife Bruna Cerea, and the innovations in their culinary heritage, expressed through a blend of tradition and modern techniques by their sons.
Today, 'Da Vittorio' is run by Bruna Cerea and her five children. More than just a respected and loving mother and grandmother, Bruna Cerea is a woman full of passion for her work, curious about the world, and always ready to accept new challenges. With a keen yet discreet eye, she oversees the work in the kitchen, restaurant, and bakery alongside her children and grandchildren.

Bruna and Vittorio's two sons – Enrico Cerea (Chicco) and his younger brother Roberto (Bobo) – are renowned chefs. Enrico has developed his own signature style, combining Vittorio's recipes with the finesse and technique honed over the years. Roberto, on the other hand, has a particular passion for 'original dishes,' which drives him to create captivating flavors inspired by traditional Mediterranean cuisine. Meanwhile, Francesco handles banquets, staffing, and communications. And their daughter Rossella coordinates operations to create a smooth and harmonious flow between the kitchen and restaurant staff.
'Da Vittorio' is a family-owned brand with renowned restaurants around the world, proudly showcasing the art of Italian culinary heritage with love, passion, and dedication. Beginning with the 'Da Vittorio' restaurant in the heart of Bergamo, Italy, in 1966, their impressive achievements have been recognized over time, with their first Michelin star awarded in 1978, their second in 1996, and their third in 2010, along with many other prestigious awards.
In 2012, 'Da Vittorio' marked a new milestone with the opening of its first restaurant outside of Italy: 'Da Vittorio St. Moritz' at the Carlton Hotel in St. Moritz (Switzerland), which holds two Michelin stars. In 2019, 'Da Vittorio' expanded into Asia with the opening of 'Da Vittorio Shanghai' in Shanghai, China. That same year, the restaurant earned its first Michelin star, and impressively, the following year, 2020, it achieved its second Michelin star.
