'Da Vittorio' is a living legend of a family that has built a globally renowned brand in the culinary and hospitality industry. That is the Cerea family. For over 50 years, a distinctive culinary style, with its own mark, has been maintained and developed internationally thanks to the profound vision of its founder, Mr. Vittorio Cerea and his wife Bruna Cerea, and the innovations in the culinary heritage expressed through the combination of tradition and modern techniques of his sons.
Today, 'Da Vittorio' is run by Bruna Cerea and her five children. More than just a loving, devoted mother and grandmother, Bruna Cerea is also a passionate woman, curious about the world and always ready to take on new challenges. With a keen yet discreet eye, she oversees the work in the kitchen, restaurant and bakery alongside her children and grandchildren.

Bruna and Vittorio's two sons, Enrico Cerea (Chicco) and his younger brother Roberto (Bobo), are renowned chefs. Enricon has developed his own signature style, combining Vittorio's recipes with the sophistication and technique he has perfected over the years. Roberto has a particular passion for 'original dishes', which inspires him to create tantalizing flavours inspired by traditional Mediterranean cuisine. Meanwhile, Francesco is in charge of the catering, as well as the staff and communications. And daughter Rossella coordinates the activities to create a balance and harmony between the kitchen team and the service team in the restaurant.
'Da Vittorio' is a family-owned brand with renowned restaurants around the world, proudly presenting the culinary art of Italian heritage with love, passion and dedication. Starting with the restaurant 'Da Vittorio' in the heart of Bergamo, Italy in 1966, where their impressive achievements have been recognized along with their efforts over time, with the first Michelin star awarded in 1978, the second Michelin star in 1996 and the third Michelin star in 2010 among many other prestigious awards.
In 2012, 'Da Vittorio' marked a new development when it opened its first restaurant outside of Italy. That was 'Da Vittorio St.Moritz' at the Carlton Hotel in St. Moritz (Switzerland) and this restaurant holds two Michelin stars. In 2019, 'Da Vittorio' expanded into Asia when it opened 'Da Vittorio Shanghai' in Shanghai, China. In 2019, the restaurant achieved its first Michelin star and, remarkably, the following year, 2020, the restaurant achieved its second Michelin star.
