Having just returned from a short trip to Dak Lak, Pham Van Phong - a young man from Thanh Hoa, could not hide his excitement when recounting his experiences in this vast land of the Central Highlands. With a tight schedule and limited time, Phong explored a few prominent destinations, but each place brought him new and memorable emotions.

Majestic and fresh nature

As soon as he arrived in Dak Lak, Phong felt a clear difference in climate. "While the North is struggling under the intense heat, in Dak Lak, the temperature is only about 23-24 degrees Celsius, the evenings are cool and there is occasional light rain, very suitable for relaxation," Phong shared.

Despite limited time, Phong still managed to visit three famous landmarks: Dray Nur waterfall, Mother Elephant Rock Mountain and Lak Lake. Among them, Dray Nur waterfall left the deepest impression. "During the water discharge season, the waterfall seemed to pour down from above, creating an echoing sound and a majestic scene that made me feel small in front of nature," he shared.

With a height of more than 30 m and a width of nearly 250 m, Dray Nur waterfall is not only one of the largest waterfalls in the Central Highlands but also an iconic destination, attracting tourists by the wild, fierce beauty of nature.

In addition to exploring nature, Phong also had the opportunity to experience the daily life of local people. "I tried picking durian and working with other crops. It was an extremely hard job, from the care stage until the tree bore fruit. But the people here always exuded diligence, diligence, and energy," Phong shared.

Durian harvesting requires meticulousness and patience, clearly demonstrating the attachment of people to the land here.

Although he has not yet had the chance to experience Dak Lak's typical cuisine, Phong has already made plans for a return trip in the future. "If I have the chance, I would love to explore more deeply the stilt house culture of the Ede and Ba Na people, as well as admire the beauty of elephants - a familiar symbol of the Central Highlands."

The culture of ethnic groups in Dak Lak is a combination of long-standing traditions and modern elements, creating diversity and attraction.
