The gratitude program proposed by Vietnam Airlines and Vinpearl will be sent to doctors, nurses and medical staff directly involved in treating Covid-19 patients on the front line according to the list provided by the Ministry of Health.
Specifically, the two sides will give the "white-shirt warriors" 5,000 package vacations including a pair of round-trip domestic air tickets and a 3-day, 2-night vacation at a 5-star resort system for up to 4 family members, right after Vietnam announces the end of the epidemic nationwide. Of which, Vietnam Airlines will cover 10,000 round-trip air tickets; Vinpearl will give away 10,000 villa nights at resort complexes across the system.
The vacation includes all-inclusive accommodation, 3 meals/day and entertainment tickets at VinWonders and Vinpearl Safari theme parks.
The gratitude program is applied on Vietnam Airlines' domestic flights connecting to destinations with Vinpearl resorts. Vietnam Airlines and Vinpearl will implement the program for 6 months from the time the Vietnamese Government declares the end of the epidemic nationwide and no later than June 30, 2021.
Vietnam Airlines also proposed a 75% reduction in airfare for up to two people traveling with each doctor, nurse and medical staff.
This is considered the largest non-profit and socially meaningful cooperation program dedicated to the medical force jointly implemented by Vietnam Airlines and Vinpearl. Previously, Vietnam Airlines and Vinpearl were also recognized as enterprises with many efforts and positive contributions, proactively coordinating closely with functional agencies in the fight against epidemics nationwide.
