The first VIETBUILD International Exhibition in Ho Chi Minh City in 2019, themed "Industrial Machinery and Equipment Construction and Interior and Exterior Decoration," attracted nearly 1,600 booths showcasing new products and advanced technologies from over 300 companies, including 225 domestic enterprises, 36 joint ventures, and 63 foreign companies and corporations from 12 countries and territories such as India, Canada, South Korea, Japan, Taiwan, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, China, and Vietnam.
This is the first time the VIETBUILD HO CHI MINH CITY 2019 exhibition has expanded its scope to include machinery and equipment, and it has been well-received by hundreds of businesses. In particular, most of the exhibited products boast high-quality designs, features, and craftsmanship, meeting the growing demands of construction and interior/exterior decoration.
Mr. Nguyen Tran Nam, Head of the Organizing Committee of the VIETBUILD International Exhibition – President of the Vietnam Real Estate Association – former Deputy Minister of Construction, said: "This exhibition has received new and active participation from many domestic and foreign businesses on a large scale. Products displayed at the exhibition include building materials, industrial machinery and equipment, electrical equipment, doors and door accessories, interior and exterior decoration, architecture, and other products such as solar water heaters, water and air purifiers, industrial fans, personal protective equipment, and water pumps."
According to the organizers, the VIETBUILD 2019 exhibition will showcase the diversity and vitality of the construction and interior/exterior decoration industry in Vietnam. Many advanced technologies will be put into practical use in construction, design, and architecture. The dynamism and large turnout of businesses, associations, and localities across the country demonstrate the great success of the VIETBUILD International Exhibition in promoting trade, investment in construction, technology transfer, and international integration in the Vietnamese market. This event also provides an opportunity for businesses to identify limitations in their development process, create a new structure, better orient their development strategies, and expand linkages across various fields of cooperation to enhance their business operations.
