The Arctic Bath Hotel & Spa complex is located on the Lule River in Luleå, a coastal city on the Gulf of Bothnia, north of the Arctic Circle in Lappland, Sweden. Designed by architects Beces Harström, Johan Kauppi and Annkathrin Lundqvist, the hotel will float on calm water in the summer and on ice in the winter.

Scheduled to open in February 2020, the hotel and spa complex will consist of six cabins on land and six floating cabins. The spa will be located within the main floating hotel area and will feature a number of saunas, hot and cold outdoor baths, where guests can relax in the sun in the summer or soak in the soothing hot water in the winter. The floating hotel will also have lounges, shops, bars and restaurants.

Arctic Bath is an ideal destination for those who want to rest and relax because this place offers comprehensive health care methods for both body and mind, with services focusing on maintaining a proper diet and reasonable exercises. Not stopping there, guests staying here also have the opportunity to get closer to nature than ever when participating in icy winter experiences as well as summer wilderness activities.
