To visit the sunflower hill, from the center of Da Lat, travel towards Van Thanh flower village and down Ta Nung pass. Along both sides of the road, you will see many small sunflower gardens. Continue for about 5km to Me Linh Cafe. Opposite Me Linh Cafe is the largest sunflower field. If you travel another 100m, you will see the second sunflower field on your left.
With their characteristic of always facing the sun, sunflowers are considered a symbol of faith and hope. The proud, vibrant yellow blossoms reaching towards the cold make the landscape here unusually lively. Flower after flower, leaf upon leaf, further accentuate the captivating yellow against the lush green of the vast forest.
