On the afternoon of April 13th, the Singapore Tourism Board held the Singapore Reimagine Reopening event in Ho Chi Minh City. This special campaign aimed to update Vietnamese tourists on Singapore's reopening strategy and entry regulations. The program also introduced attractive tourist destinations and natural attractions in Singapore to Vietnamese visitors.
Specifically, the "Vaccinated Travel Framework" (VTF) will be changed to "Vaccinated Travel Lane" (VTL) with relaxed regulations.
From April 1st, Singapore has lifted the quarantine requirement for all travelers who have received a full course of COVID-19 vaccination. Additionally, travelers arriving by plane from anywhere will no longer need to be tested upon entry. For vaccinated individuals and children under 12 years old, Singapore only requires a certificate of test results issued within the past two days.
Singapore is committed to ensuring all safety measures are in place to combat Covid-19. To date, approximately 92% of the island nation's population has been fully vaccinated.
