This is an idea proposed by the General Directorate of Residency and Foreign Affairs (GDRFA) to create a sense of closeness for tourists when visiting the UAE in the "post-Covid-19" period. On July 7, Dubai officially allowed international visitors after more than 3 months of closure. Previously in April, when preparing to issue an order to temporarily suspend tourism activities, visitors to Dubai when returning home also received a label with the content: "Wishing you a safe journey, see you again".

The UAE is also one of the first countries in the Middle East to allow tourism activities to resume after more than 3 months of "lockdown" due to fear of the spread of Covid-19.
Dubai's aviation giants have begun resuming flights to many destinations around the world. Emirates said it is resuming connections to 52 destinations, including Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City. Flydubai is also about to restart flights to 24 cities around the world.
