Ford Vietnam is launching the Ford Roadshow 2017, a mobile test drive and maintenance program, to bring its advanced technology products and high-quality service experiences to customers nationwide.

On April 14th, Ford Vietnam launched its mobile test drive and maintenance program – Ford Roadshow 2017 – at Long Bien Ford dealership in Hanoi, chaired by the General Director of Ford Vietnam, Mr. Pham Van Dung. The program will be held from April 15th, 2017 to May 28th, 2017, in 29 provinces and cities nationwide, bringing genuine products and services closer to Vietnamese consumers.

Especially for customers in provinces and cities without authorized Ford dealerships, participants will have the opportunity to experience the full range of Ford products in Vietnam, learn in detail about the advanced features of Ford vehicles, and explore promotional sales programs from authorized dealerships.

With the goal of enhancing customer convenience and satisfaction, Ford has invested heavily in technical and service consulting services at the event, including a dedicated waiting area for customers. The mobile service bay is designed with a larger space, equipped with a lift and full maintenance equipment, allowing Ford's highly skilled technicians to perform diagnostic and maintenance work for customers who have scheduled appointments in advance.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Mr. Pham Van Dung, General Director of Ford Vietnam, shared, “Besides producing product lines equipped with superior and intelligent features, Ford Vietnam promises to bring the best service experiences to Vietnamese customers. Through the Ford Roadshow 2017 mobile test drive and maintenance program, Ford Vietnam hopes that these real-world experiences will be the best evidence of the company's efforts to get closer to a wider range of consumers in Vietnam.”
