On April 14, Ford Vietnam launched the test drive and mobile maintenance program - Ford Roadshow 2017 at Long Bien Ford Dealer, Hanoi, chaired by General Director of Ford Vietnam - Mr. Pham Van Dung. The program was held from April 15, 2017 to May 28, 2017, in 29 provinces and cities across the country, bringing genuine products and services closer to Vietnamese consumers.
Especially for customers in provinces and cities that do not have an authorized Ford dealer, participating customers will experience the entire Ford product line in Vietnam, learn carefully about advanced features on Ford vehicles and preferential sales programs from the authorized dealer system.
With the aim of improving customer convenience and satisfaction, Ford has invested more heavily in technical and service consulting at the event, with a separate room for customers waiting for service. The mobile service bay is designed with a larger space, equipped with a lift and full maintenance equipment for the highly skilled technicians of the Ford dealer to perform diagnostics and maintenance for customers who make an appointment in advance.

Speaking at the opening ceremony of the program, Mr. Pham Van Dung, General Director of Ford Vietnam shared, “In addition to producing product lines equipped with outstanding and smart features, Ford Vietnam promises to bring the best service experiences to Vietnamese customers. Through the Test Drive & Mobile Maintenance program - Ford Roadshow 2017, Ford Vietnam hopes that the real-life experiences will be the best evidence for the company's efforts to get closer to a wide range of consumers in Vietnam.”

Along with the roadshow activities, the Ford Test Drive and Mobile Maintenance 2017 program also spent time sharing with customers safe driving and fuel-saving skills, through the sharing of experts from the program "Instructions for Safe and Environmentally Friendly Driving - Driving Skills for Life" (DSFL).
