For the first time, Ford Vietnam, together with its authorized dealer network, is launching the Ford Sunday Service program, aiming to provide convenience and increasingly better experiences for Ford customers, especially during the period leading up to Tet (Lunar New Year) when the demand for services is high.Ford is considering making the Service Sunday program a regular, official activity in 2018, meeting the growing expectations of Ford vehicle owners.
With 33 authorized dealerships and branches, Ford Vietnam is committed to continuously improving the quality and professionalism of its nationwide network of authorized Ford product and service providers.

The Sunday Service Day will be implemented at 22 out of 23 authorized Ford dealerships nationwide (excluding the dealership in Dong Nai, which is currently undergoing facility upgrades). In addition to regular services, each dealership will offer different incentives such as gifts, vouchers, and special vehicle maintenance packages for customers participating in this Sunday Service Day program. Ford dealerships will also strive to have the most professional and experienced staff to support customers during these valuable weekends. Within the framework of the program, sharing information about service programs and vehicle maintenance knowledge will also be a highlight at each dealership.

Mr. Pham Van Dung, General Director of Ford Vietnam, said: "The 'Service Sunday' program is an effort by the Ford system to bring superior products and services to customers, meeting the increasing demand for services before the Lunar New Year. As life progresses, families increasingly want to spend time relaxing and traveling together. The program may be included as a regular activity in 2018, aiming to continuously expand its scope of operations nationwide to meet and exceed customer expectations."
Putting customer satisfaction first, Ford is always focused on producing high-quality, safe, green, and smart products, while also developing processes to support dealers in delivering the best possible customer experience.
The program is expected to serve more than 1,200 customers over the two days, with many special offers from dealers during this event.
