Ford Vietnam launches Service Sunday program

Ford Vietnam launched the Ford Sunday Service program for the first time on January 28 and February 4, 2018 to bring convenience and better experiences to Ford customers before the New Year.

For the first time, Ford Vietnam and its authorized dealer system have launched the Ford Sunday Service activity, aiming to bring convenience and better experiences to Ford customers, especially before Tet when the demand for services increases.Ford is looking to make Service Sundays a regular event in 2018, meeting the growing expectations of Ford vehicle owners.

With 33 authorized dealers and branches, Ford Vietnam is committed to continuously improving the quality and professionalism of its network providing genuine Ford products and services nationwide.


 

Service Sunday will be implemented at 22 out of 23 authorized Ford Vietnam dealers nationwide (except the dealer in Dong Nai which is in the process of upgrading its premises). In addition to daily services, each dealer will apply different forms of incentives such as gifts, vouchers, special car maintenance service packages for customers participating in this Service Sunday program. Ford dealers will also make every effort to have the most professional and experienced staff to support customers during this precious weekend. Within the framework of the program, sharing about service programs or car maintenance knowledge will also be the highlights at the dealers.

Mr. Pham Van Dung, General Director of Ford Vietnam said: "The Service Sunday program is an effort of the Ford system to bring superior products and services to customers, meeting the increasing demand for services before the Lunar New Year. Life is progressing, families increasingly want to spend time resting and traveling far together. The program may be included in regular activities in 2018, aiming at a commitment to continuously expand the scope of operations across the country to meet and exceed customer expectations."

Putting customer satisfaction as a top priority, Ford always focuses on producing Quality, Safe, Green and Smart products, while also developing processes to support dealers to bring the most comprehensive experience to customers.

The program is expected to serve more than 1,200 customers during the two days of organization with many incentives from dealers on this occasion.
