To celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of Southern Vietnam and the reunification of the country (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025), Four Points by Sheraton Ha Giang welcomes its new Executive Chef, Le Trong Thuat, who brings a fresh perspective to culinary exploration in the rocky plateau region. Alongside this, the hotel also introduces a series of culinary experiences that blend local culture with international excellence, creating memorable highlights for this year's festive season.

Having previously worked for international brands such as Melia and IHG, Chef Le Trong Thuat possesses a deep understanding of global culinary trends as well as the exemplary service standards of large corporations. He shared that the pristine beauty and unique cultural identity of Ha Giang inspired him to come here – not only to explore, but also to tell the story of the highlands through each dish.

Fusion style and the mission to "elevate local cuisine"

Following a Fusion culinary approach, Chef Thuat aims for a fusion of tradition and modernity, using local ingredients such as Cao Bo sturgeon, smoked buffalo meat, buckwheat flour, and baked cassava cakes to create dishes with a unique signature. He also aspires to create a distinctly "Ha Giang flavor" at Four Points by Sheraton – a culinary experience unlike anywhere else.
