22/08/2025

Four Seasons Resort The Nam Hai, Hoi An has officially introduced a comprehensive upgrade of the One Bedroom Villas and Family Villas, opening a new standard for luxury resort experiences on the central coast.

The resort, which includes a total of 60 villas, is now entering its final stages of completion, with 43 villas ready to welcome guests and the remaining 17 expected to be completed by mid-December 2025.

Under the talented hands of the team of architects from Hirsch Bedner Associates (HBA) Singapore - the world's leading resort interior design unit, the upgraded villas still respect the original design spirit of architect Reda Amalou (AW2, Paris) and the late interior designer Jaya Ibrahim. Contemporary elements are cleverly integrated, honoring the distinctive mark that has shaped the resort's name since the beginning. With a view of the East Sea and tropical gardens, each villa becomes a haven for couples and families who wish to enjoy open, tranquil spaces and fully immerse themselves in the pristine beauty of nature.

A design legacy that changes with the times

In the spirit of respecting traditional values and paying attention to every detail, the reconstruction of the One Bedroom Villa and Family Villa has cleverly interwoven the beauty of Vietnamese heritage with contemporary luxury.

From the first bricks, each villa has been shaped as a modern version of the garden houses of Hue - the ancient capital of the Nguyen Dynasty. The traditional structure with wooden roofs, raised sleeping floors and uninterrupted views from bed to sea are still preserved intact. In this familiar setting, subtle transformations gradually appear without fading the inherent characteristics.

The color palette is refreshed with light tones, accented with pale green and mustard yellow, blending harmoniously with the surrounding nature. Along with that, the handcrafted creations and designs that distill the essence of local culture whisper the story of traditional crafts that have existed for hundreds of years in this land.

When craftsmanship, relaxing space and refined layout come together

In the living room area, a bay window is installed to let in natural light, next to a comfortable sunbed, creating a quiet relaxing corner for reading, resting or reflecting. The central resting area - a typical highlight in the original design - is recreated through sunset-toned ombré curtains and pendant lights inspired by traditional conical hats.

Another sunbed is located in a private location, becoming an ideal place for relaxing moments or a light afternoon nap. The cabinet cum desk and the bedside table covered with cracked eggshell enamel create a solid support, harmonious in both architecture and function. In the Family villa, the living room area is separated into a children's room, equipped with a sofa bed, a bathroom with shower and many amenities suitable for young guests.

The spacious bathroom features a mix of materials and color palettes: elegant Panda White marble, meticulously handcrafted tiles, and soft lighting from crystal chandeliers. The vanity table has a traditional Vietnamese feel, blending with the freestanding bathtub overlooking the beautiful natural scenery outside the window. Every moment spent in the water is now enveloped in the lush green of the garden and the gentle sound of the rain shower, opening up a perfect relaxing experience between nature and refined luxury.
