Located in northeastern Catalonia, Girona is a small Spanish city that attracts visitors with its gentle, pure, and tranquil atmosphere, along with a nostalgic feel that makes it incredibly peaceful and quiet, allowing you to forget the hustle and bustle of city life.

According to its rich history, Girona has endured 25 sieges and been subjugated seven times by the French Royal Army. The city's defensive walls were demolished in the late 19th century to allow for expansion. In recent years, the walls on the eastern side of the city have been rebuilt, known as de Passeig la Muralla, creating a tourist route around the old city.

Starting with a stroll through this charming little city, like a riverside embankment, you'll encounter the ancient wall that runs along the picturesque Onyar River. The Onyar River has many bridges crossing it – but the most beautiful and most popular among tourists is the Eiffel Bridge, also known as Pont de Ferro.

Sant Feliu Church is another church worth seeing and visiting here. With its 14th-century Gothic style, it boasts one of the tallest and oldest spires in Spain.
