Hanoi Daewoo is ready to rock the capital city at Oktoberfest Vietnam 2022.

Following the success of the press conference marking the return of the German Food & Culture Week at Windsor Plaza Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City, on September 8th, Hanoi Daewoo Hotel held a press conference to announce that Oktoberfest Vietnam 2022 would be held in Hanoi for the first time, at the 5-star swimming pool area of ​​Hanoi Daewoo Hotel.

Returning on a larger scale than ever before, the city's most vibrant and exciting series of events will begin at 6 PM each evening and last until midnight from September 27th to October 2nd in Ho Chi Minh City and from October 6th to 8th in Hanoi. The opening ceremony will begin with the traditional ritual of opening the first beer barrel, featuring special guests in colorful Bavarian folk costumes.

Adwin Chong, General Manager of Windsor Plaza Hotel, said he was delighted that Oktoberfest was being held again after a two-year hiatus due to the pandemic.

"This will be the most spectacular Oktoberfest ever, welcoming everyone to Ho Chi Minh City, and promises to be the most memorable party of the year," he shared.

The annual Oktoberfest Vietnam event recreates the vibrant and distinctive atmosphere of the original Oktoberfest in its spacious beer halls, served with a lavish buffet featuring a variety of German delicacies such as sausages, breaded and fried meat, roast pork leg, Frikadeller meatballs, bagels, sauerkraut, and many other tempting dishes.

In addition, there are selected Asian and Vietnamese food stalls, especially a live cooking station featuring hot, fresh, whole roasted veal. And of course, diners can enjoy two premium beers, Schneider Weisse and Krombacher, imported directly from Germany.

This year's entertainment program offers a more exciting array of performances, including foreign bands performing traditional Bavarian songs as well as vibrant contemporary tunes. In addition, there's captivating electronic music from DJs and mesmerizing dance performances by talented dancers. Guests can also participate in fun activities and exciting games for a chance to win surprise prizes.

Tickets for Oktoberfest Vietnam 2022 are priced at VND 1,300,000 for Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday evenings; and VND 1,500,000 for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday evenings.
