On the morning of September 2, tens of thousands of people in the capital gathered on the central streets of Trang Thi - Trang Tien to watch the parade celebrating the 80th anniversary of the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (1945 - 2025). From 5-6 am, the atmosphere on the streets was bustling. Along both sides of the street, many families carried flags and shirts with the image of the Fatherland. Children wore shirts with red flags and yellow stars, holding cloth flags, preparing to welcome the parades and marching groups passing by.

The majestic sound of military marching music signaled the official start of the parade. Leading the parade formation were the Vietnam People's Air Force squadrons.

Following in the footsteps were the flag group, the armed forces including the Army, Police, Militia and Self-Defense Force, and the foreign military delegation. All marched majestically down Trang Thi Street, each in neat rows, with decisive and solemn steps.

Crowds of people lined both sides of the sidewalk, cheering loudly to welcome the parades. Each group passed in turn amidst the continuous applause and excited cheers of the people on both sides of the street.

The parade groups moved one after another to the assembly point. Each step, each formation showed the discipline, strength and pride of the Vietnamese Army and Police on National Day, September 2.

Along the streets, as the formation passed, many soldiers took the opportunity to wave to the people amid the endless cheers. That simple moment became a beautiful highlight, contributing to the atmosphere of the great holiday - solemn, close and full of warm military-civilian affection.
